New — and luxurious — retail options will soon come to a shopping mall near you, Pembroke Pines.

The Shops at Pembroke Gardens is rolling out seven storefronts ranging from casualwear and wellness to upscale furniture and fashion houses, the plaza announced Jan. 29.

JetSet Pilates, Coach, Aerie and Rowan, the mall’s team confirms, are scheduled to open to shoppers in the first half of 2026, though opening dates have not been released.

Pottery Barn, West Elm and Williams Sonoma will join the plaza toward the end of this year, Pembroke Gardens adds.

Already looking for your wallet? Here’s the lowdown on your newest retail destinations:

JetSet Pilates

This franchise exercise studio says it will open in “late spring 2026,” per the store’s Instagram account, and is one of 24 Florida locations.

It offers 50-minute dynamic Reformer Pilates sessions with a “focus on precision, flow, and a personalized approach to full-body conditioning,” according to JetSet’s website.

Classes — described as “high intensity, low impact” — feature the studio’s signature choreography and curated DJ playlists.

Though membership pricing for the Pembroke Gardens studio isn’t available, the brand’s Coral Springs location has offerings from $19 to $499 for intro classes, class packages and monthly memberships.

Coach

Global fashion house Coach will bring its luxury leather goods, handbags and ensembles to Pembroke Gardens sometime in early 2026, though the store hasn’t announced an opening date.

Customers can find it toward the south end of the mall, sandwiched between clothing store Steps New York and restaurant Sirocco Mediterranean.

The brand’s Pembroke Pines location marks the 27th store in Florida and second location in Broward, with a sister locale in Sunrise’s Sawgrass Mills

Aerie

American Eagle Outfitter’s loungewear and intimate apparel brand makes its way to Pembroke Gardens in the first half of 2026, with a hard opening date still to come.

Making body positivity its motto, according to the mall’s website, Aerie will offer a variety of casualwear options ranging from “comfy bralettes and cozy loungewear to swim and activewear.”

The store joins a second Pembroke Pines location in Pembroke Lakes Mall. It is slated to sit in Pembroke Gardens’ east wing between piercing studio Rowan and upscale cosmetics brand Bluemercury.

Rowan

Get your ears pierced by a medical professional at this studio opening in early 2026.

Rowan — founded in a New York attic by a former Wall Street hedge fund manager — touts its licensed nurse piercers and backing from a medical advisory board as its claim to fame, aiming to provide “the safest piercing experience possible,” reads its website.

The studio calls itself the sweet spot between unsanitary piercing parlors and cold pediatricians offices, and says less than 1% of customers experience adverse reactions as opposed to the piercing industry’s average of 30%.

The Pembroke Gardens store will join five other Florida locations, the nearest being in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood.

Pottery Barn, West Elm, Williams Sonoma

These three upscale home and kitchen retailers won’t open their doors until late 2026, according to Pembroke Gardens.

Neither opening dates nor locations within the mall have been released for Pottery Barn, West Elm or Williams Sonoma.
