Adding to your coffee rotation? This new cafe is now open at Pembroke Gardens
Looking to expand your coffee options? This popular South Florida chain is celebrating the launch of its 25th store in Pembroke Pines.
Crema Gourmet will host its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday, Jan. 15, to christen its newest cafe at the Shops at Pembroke Gardens. Located at 501 SW 145th Terrace, the store will serve coffee and light bites to guests to usher in the “inviting atmosphere” the franchise says it will bring to the shopping plaza.
“Whether you’ve already stopped by or this will be your first visit, this is your sign to come celebrate with us coffee, brunch, lunch, matcha, and all the everyday favorites you already love,” the cafe announced in a Jan. 12 Instagram post.
News of the Pembroke Pines store broke on Oct. 21 via the franchise’s Instagram page and a soft opening took place in December, with the cafe hinting it chose the South Broward city due to popular demand.
The shop joins 24 other locations across the east coast, including Davie, Doral, Kendall, Brickell and Coral Gables in Florida, as well as a Midtown Manhattan store in New York City.
Started in 2012 by co-founders Ioannis Sotiropoulos and Efthymios Paliouras, Crema Gourmet is known for its European-inspired brunch menu and a quintessentially Miami approach it describes as “traditional coffee in a not so traditional shop.”
Customers can enjoy classic drinks from the shop’s espresso bar or try Instagram-worthy beverages such as an iced strawberry oat milk matcha, fresh-pressed juices or superfood-rich smoothies. Also on the menu is all-day breakfast and lunch options including salads, bowls, pasta, sandwiches and soups.
