Want Botox on a budget? Flat-rate medical spa coming to Pembroke Pines
If you’re in the market for a full-body transformation, Pembroke Pines will soon welcome a medical spa that could help you achieve your aesthetic goals.
Botoplace will make its first Broward home “very soon” and is telling prospective customers to “stay tuned for our official opening date,” the Miami-based brand announced in an Instagram post.
The medical spa hasn’t announced where it will set up shop as of June 23, but Botoplace’s Google Business profile and Florida business records show that makeovers will take place at 10900 Pines Blvd.
Google Street View records show the medical spa’s new storefront had been vacant as early as September 2025 and was an accounting firm in 2021.
News of the medical spa’s Broward move, first announced in March, comes on the heels of the brand’s fourth anniversary since opening its North Miami Beach flagship location in 2022.
Co-founders and Brazilian entrepreneurs Carla Castro and Fabiola Lederman started the venture to introduce what they consider a first-of-its-kind approach to medical spas in the United States: walk-in, premium services at flat rates.
Botoplace’s goal? To make beauty “easy, affordable, and accessible to all,” according to the brand’s website.
“We deeply care for and treat every person who walks through our doors with respect, compassion, and attentiveness,” read’s Botoplace’s mission statement.
“Besides making facial treatments accessible to all, Botoplace wants to educate people about the importance of a skincare routine, improving self-esteem and wellness.”
