Late June and your summer body is still loading? A new Pembroke Pines Pilates studio scheduled to open in the fall could have you ready by next year.

Sculpt Fitness Miami is planning to open its second location, bringing high-intensity, low-impact sweat sessions designed for all levels to the southwest Broward city.

“We’re officially in the final stretch of build-out and our studio is slowly coming to life,” the studio announced in a June 20 Instagram post. “We are so excited to open our doors this fall.”

Sculpt Fitness has not confirmed where it will make its home in Pines as of June 22, but Florida business records show 12554 Pines Blvd. — formerly Fabulash Brows, a cosmetics shop — listed under the brand’s name.

News of the studio’s Broward move was announced in March by the team’s flagship location in suburban Miami-Dade, near Florida International University.

Heading the Pilates business are friends Tiffany Gonzalez Neira-Gramain and Beatriz Perez, who opened Sculpt Fitness Miami in December and are no strangers to entrepreneurship.

Gonzalez Neira-Gramain is a publicist and beauty influencer boasting over 21,000 followers on Instagram; Perez began her career as the founder of spray tan studio Be Bronze Miami.

So what can first-timers expect from Sculpt Fitness’ Pembroke Pines location?

The studio specializes in the “Lagree” method, “an integrated workout combining strength and endurance ... to develop muscle density and reduce bulk,” Sebastien Lagree, the fitness instructor who coined the style in 2006, told Vogue in October.

Also different is the style’s use of a “Megaformer,” a spring-based resistance machine that’s more ergonomic than the standard sliding carriage reformer and features front and back platforms and handles that allow for a more varied workout.

Sculpt Fitness classes run 50 minutes and consist of a 45-minute workout and 5-minute stretch and cooldown.

Our method blends controlled, resistance-based movement with intentional pacing to create low-impact sessions that burn, shake, and sculpt from start to finish,” the studio’s website says. “Every class is led by expert instructors who push with purpose and guide with precision.”

Pricing for Sculpt Fitness’ Pembroke Pines location has not been announced as of June 22, but offerings from the brand’s Miami studio show a variety of options for newcomers and regulars.

Introductory packages range from $40 for two classes to $95 for five classes, class bundles range from $35 for one class to $290 for 10, and memberships range from $109 for four classes a month to $239 for 12 per month.

A monthly unlimited membership, which allows one class per day and one guest pass per month, goes for $269.
