New workout studio will stretch its way into Pembroke Pines. Here’s what we know
Pilates fans in Pembroke Pines soon won’t have to commute far for their next workout session.
JETSET Pilates studio is planning to open at Pembroke Gardens in spring 2026, bringing one of the fastest-growing fitness trends in the country to the city, the company announced Dec. 17 on Instagram.
The studio will be located along SW 145th Terrace.
Pilates has seen a surge in popularity nationwide. A 2025 report from the Sports and Fitness Industry Association found it is the fastest-growing fitness activity in the U.S., passing yoga and barre.
Since 2019, participation in pilates has grown from 9.2 million to 12.9 million people, a 40% increase, according to Women’s Health.
Though the Pembroke Pines location won’t open for a few months, JETSET Pilates has been cultivating anticipation by hosting mat pilates events around the city.
Founded in Miami in 2010 by Tamara Galinsky, the studio will offer 50-minute classes on a pilates reformer.
