If you’re looking for a culinary trip around the world without the airfare, a Pembroke Pines mall has got just the event for you.

Taste of the Gardens returns to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens on Tuesday, April 21, bringing with it mouth-watering bites and a chance to have your next feast on the house.

The food festival, co-hosted by the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce, runs from 6 to 8 p.m. and will feature over a dozen participating restaurants.

Here’s the Taste at the Gardens 2026 lineup:

  • Agave Bandido
  • Brimstone Woodfire Grill
  • Carrot Express
  • Crema Gourmet
  • Fuddruckers
  • Gelosia
  • Lime Fresh Mexican Grill
  • Misha’s Cupcakes
  • RA Sushi
  • Sirocco Mediterranean
  • The Pub
  • Village Tavern

Tickets are $20 and grant attendees a “taste card” that includes all food and beverage samples for the night.

A “People’s Choice” contest to vote for the mall’s best eatery is also scheduled, with all participating voters entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card to any Pembroke Gardens restaurant tabling at the event.

An afterparty at Village Tavern is set keep the good times going well past dinnertime.

But beyond serving big flavors, Taste of the Gardens hopes to make an even biggest impact on South Florida.

Over the past decade, the event has raked in over $94,000 for the charitable organizations it supports, the shopping plaza told the Pembroke Pines News in October.

This year’s ticket sales will support the chamber of commerce’s South Broward Foundation, a nonprofit that provides educational opportunities through scholarships, professional development, trainings and youth programs.
