If you’re a Pembroke Pines resident living under a homeowner’s association, the city’s got answers for your burning questions and concerns.
A free homeowner’s association and condominium resource fair will be held on Tuesday, July 28, at the Charles F. Dodge City Center “to provide resources and guidance” for those who answer to HOA leadership. .
Residents can meet one-on-one with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation representatives, the Pembroke Pines Police Department, and the city’s Code Compliance and Building departments.
“Over the last several months, the city has received calls from residents living in homeowner’s associations or condominiums who have questions or concerns about their community’s finances, governance, or access to records. We hear you,” the city posted in a July 3 announcement.
The fair runs from 5 to 8 p.m. in rooms A101 and A102 at the City Center. English- and Spanish-speaking staff will be on hand to assist attendees.
“We’re here to inform and empower our community by helping you understand your rights on all condominium and HOA-related matters,” the city says.
