If you’re due for a check-up, Pembroke Pines is wheeling in your next doctor’s visit.

Memorial Healthcare System’s Mobile Clinics has scheduled several stops in the southwest Broward city in July “to provide free medical services and resources” for uninsured or underinsured residents.

No appointments are necessary, walk-ins are welcome and all services are free.

Offered at the mobile clinics:

  • Medical exams and screenings
  • School physicals
  • Vaccinations
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Referrals to social services and specialists
  • Video telehealth appointments
  • Medicaid and insurance eligibility and enrollment help

“We care for the health of our Pembroke Pines residents and their families,” the city said in a June 30 Instagram post announcing the clinic’s schedule.

“If you are in-need of medical services or resources, we encourage you to take advantage of this barrier-breaking medical outreach program.”

Two buses — one for pediatrics, the other for adults — will drop in throughout July. They’ll also make stops in Dania Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood and Miramar throughout the year.
