More than just a moment: Your guide to Broward’s biggest World Cup parties
Soccer’s biggest tournament — the World Cup — is back in the Americas this summer.
The global event — 48 countries, 104 matches — kicks off Thursday, June 11, and will be cohosted by the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Seven games will be played at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens from June 15 through July 18, but you’re likely already in the know.
Where you’ll watch from is the real question, and Broward has no shortage of options.
Restaurants and sports bars countywide will livestream matches all tournament long, but only a handful of spots are planning to go all out.
Think concerts, curated menus, “fan zones” and giveaways that could land you at a game.
