As Florida lawmakers convene, here’s who represents Pembroke Pines in Tallahassee
The Florida Legislature opened its 2026 regular session Tuesday, Jan. 13, launching 60 days of lawmaking that will shape everything from the state budget to property taxes, schools, affordability, the use of artificial intelligence, transportation and housing — all issues that directly affect residents in Pembroke Pines.
Lawmakers from across Florida will gather in Tallahassee as the House and Senate begin debating hundreds of bills and finalizing spending priorities for the coming fiscal year.
