If you’re less inclined to the kitchen and its messes, we’re here to give you some options.
While most eateries will close on Thursday, Nov. 27, for Thanksgiving, a handful of Pembroke Pines restaurants welcome you to bring your families in or enjoy their chef-made eats from the comfort of your home.
On the list is something for every kind of palate, including traditional turkey dinners, international fare, upscale table service and comfort food diners.
Here’s your guide to Thanksgiving Day dine-in and takeout options in Pembroke Pines:
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants
If you’re looking for an upscale twist to your holiday, head to Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants. The American-fusion eatery will be offering slow-roasted turkey, stuffing, butternut squash soup, Mary’s potatoes, roasted and glazed green beans and carrots, cranberry sauce, Eli’s pumpkin praline cheesecake, with the full Thanksgiving menu available all day, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Adults eat for $36.99 and kids for $15.99. A take-home option that serves six guests is available for $199.99.

Brio Italian Grille
This Italian chain will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and serve a traditional dinner — including sliced white meat turkey, homestyle gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, Italian sausage stuffing, seasonal vegetables and cranberry sauce — in addition to its usual fare. A table-service meal will cost $45.99 per person while family-style takeout, which serves four to five guests, will cost $137 and a catering package that feeds eight to 10 guests will cost $260.

Cracker Barrel
Craving Southern comfort without the fuss? Cracker Barrel will open its doors from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and serve traditional Thanksgiving meals as early as 11 a.m. An extensive “heat and serve” to-go list can serve groups of 4-6 or 8-10 guests, features mains such as ham, turkey and prime rib and sides including sweet potato casserole, green beans, sweet rolls and more. Packages range from $124.99-$199.99, are available for pickup from Nov. 22 through Nov. 30 and must be ordered 24 hours in advance.

Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill
For a quintessentially South Florida Thanksgiving, make it out to Flanigan’s anytime from 11 a.m. to midnight. The family-run chain is offering two turkey specials. If you dine in, you’ll get over a half pound of oven roasted turkey breast, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, ceasar salad, rolls and a free drink for $16.99. A “just dinner” to-go deal includes a half-pound of Jennie-O turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy rolls and cranberry sauce for $14.99. Both will be offered while supplies last.

Sufrat Mediterranean Grill
Sufrat will adjust its regular Thursday hours to accomodate the holiday, opening from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. No turkey dinner is slated for its menu, but the restaurant will serve it usual Mediterranean fare. Popular dishes include the lamb chop platter, chicken shawarma and gyros. Want to make it a party? Sufrat offers “epic feast combos” that serve up to 10 guests and range from $225-$300.

Capriccio Ristorante
Treat yourself to a classic Thanksgiving dinner or an autentic Italian meal at Capriccio Ristorante, which will offer both from 5 to 11 p.m. The holiday deal will include turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, butternut squash soup, salad, and a choice of apple or pumpkin pie at $45.95 per person. Popular Italian fare at the restaurant includes lobester thermidor, spaghetti all’aragosta, chicken parmigiana and more.

Bahama Breeze
This Caribbean chain brings an island twist to Thanksgiving and is open on the holiday from noon to 8 p.m. On the menu are slow-cooked turkey in jerk seasoning, housemade gravy, green beans, brioche stuffing, cranberry-pineapple chutney, a choice of mashed potatoes or cinnamon mashed sweet potatoes and pumpkin praline cheesecake. A family bundle offers the same and feeds four guests for $100.

Denny’s
Pembroke Pines’ two Denny’s — located at 10800 Pines Blvd. and 1290 N. University Dr. — will be serving up turkey dinners for dine-in and to-go customers all 24 hours of Thanksgiving Day. A carved turkey breast, stuffing, red-skinned mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce and your choice of a second is what the diner-style restaurant will serve for the holiday. A “Holiday Turkey Bundle” offering the same will be available to pre-order starting Nov. 21.
