Welcome 2026 island-style at Kasa Champet’s early New Year’s Eve celebration on Saturday, Dec. 27, at 10:30 p.m. A performance by jazz and champeta band Zenglen headlines the party with the restaurant’s Haitian offerings — including poisson and griot de porc — available for purchase. Tickets are $50 and guests should “dress to impress.”

La Dolce Vita New Year’s Eve
For an early kickoff to your New Year’s festivities, visit Cooper’s Hawk in Pembroke Pines — 10310 Pines Blvd. — for its La Dolce Vita dinner Tuesday, Dec. 30, at 7 p.m. The night’s five-course meal begins with a glittering cocktail and lemon-rosemary focaccia and is followed by a garden pasta dish, grilled filet medallions and chocolate-glazed straciatella cake. Attendees — which must be 21 and older — will be seated at random to spark new friendships and conversations. Tickets go for $100 and must be purchased 48 hours before the event.

Shinya NYE Cosplay Countdown
“New year, new me” takes on new meaning at Baoshi Food Hall + Bar’s Shinya Cosplay Countdown on Wednesday, Dec. 31, at 8 p.m. Guests are invited to dress up as their favorite characters, munch on the market’s Asian delicacies and “dance the night away” before welcoming 2026 with a midnight countdown. Admission is free and open to the public with registration.

New Year Cuban-Style at Havana 1957
Havana 1957 Pembroke Pines — 14571 SW Fifth St. — welcomes you to a Cuban “año nuevo” celebration Wednesday, Dec. 31. Live music and a DJ will soundtrack an exclusive, three-course “Gala Menu” that features Latin flavors and a champagne toast complete with 12 grapes, a Spanish tradition believed to bring good luck in the new year. Tickets are $120 per guest with a reservation, which must be made through the restaurant’s OpenTable platform.

New Year’s Eve Dance at Century Village Theater
Adult residential community Century Village Theater hosts its annual New Year’s Eve Dance on Wednesday, Dec. 31, at 9 p.m. for those young and young at heart. The countdown festivities will take place at the venue’s “Party Room” and be soundtracked by trio Meshelle & Company. Group tables are also available for those attending with friends. Tickets are $20 for residents and $25 for guests.

New Year’s Eve Masquerade
Ring in the new year incognito at Brimstone Woodfire Grill’s masquerade party Wednesday, Dec. 31, from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. The steakhouse invites guests to don their best masks while enjoying one of its contemporary American dishes and a complimentary champagne toast at midnight. If you want to keep the party going, head to the restaurant’s New Year’s Day brunch starting at 11:30 a.m. Reservations are booked, but walk-ins are welcome, according to Brimstone.
